- Preparing ancillary documents including licences to alter and rent deposit deeds
- Managing tenant due diligence and liaising with client advisors
- Handling lease management matters (assignments, underlettings, variations)
- Supervising junior lawyers and supporting wider transactional work where needed
- 3+ PQE in commercial real estate (England & Wales qualified) Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC.
- Experience with landlord and tenant work, ideally within structured or high-volume environments
- Comfortable working within defined processes and delivery models
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- A practical, commercially focused approach
