Location: Kenilworth, Warwickshire — Hybrid up to 2 days remote

Family Lawyer (3–5 PQE) role in Kenilworth with hybrid working, strong progression, and full private family caseload. Strong support available, full or part time options. Litigation and Advocacy experience is required.

Join a respected Warwickshire family law team as their third lawyer, a sign of continued growth and success. You’ll step into an established caseload with scope to develop your own following and make a visible impact, as well as being involved in varied work including court appearances and litigious matters.

The Work:

  • Handle a full range of private family law: divorce, finances, cohabitation disputes, injunctions, and children matters.
  • Advise on pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements.
  • Represent clients in advocacy and litigation.
  • Contribute to collaborative and “Resolution Together” approaches.
  • Build your network and client following through business development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years PQE as Solicitor or Legal Executive with the litigation accreditation.
  • Confident in litigation and advocacy.
  • Strong commercial awareness, capable of developing work streams and client contacts.
  • Interest in mediation or collaborative law advantageous.
  • Personable, proactive, and committed to maintaining high professional standards.
