Job Description
Conveyancing Solicitor
Where Progression Doesn’t Mean More Pain, Just More Pay
£45,000 – £75,000+ DOE | Hybrid Working | Part time considered
Tired of spinning your wheels at a firm where progression feels more like a punishment than a promotion? Where responsibility increases but support mysteriously disappears?
Let’s fix that.
Join a firm that’s already doing the thing so many others just talk about – investing in tech, trimming the admin, boosting earnings, and actually listening to staff.
What’s In It For You?
- Top-of-Market Pay – Up to £75k+ depending on experience. (Yes, they really pay that.)
- Hybrid Working – 2 days from home, 3 in office, with flexibility around your life. Although most of the team opt to come in all the time, it’s that great.
- Path to Progression – Want partnership? They’ll show you how. Prefer to earn well without the pressure? That works too.
- Open-Door Culture – Genuinely collaborative. No silos. No cliques.
- Premium Benefits – Including private medical and life insurance for you and the fam, enhanced sick pay, legal services perks, and generous holidays that grow with you.
- Free Parking – Because feeding a meter shouldn’t be part of your morning routine.
- Training That’s Actually Useful – Regular sessions to keep your skills sharp and systems second nature.
The Role:
This isn’t a trainee role or one that needs handholding. We’re looking for a Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) who’s confident running their own residential files start-to-finish — sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, the lot.
Your remit includes:
- Delivering top-tier client service
- Managing a mixed caseload independently
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising with confidence
- Building and maintaining relationships with estate agents and lenders
- Contributing to a team that’s growing – and growing fast
You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Confidence in handling your own caseload without hand-holding
- A bit of spark, a lot of common sense, and strong local knowledge
- A sense of humour wouldn’t hurt either
Applications are welcome from:
Conveyancing Solicitors, Residential Property Solicitors, Conveyancers, Legal Executives, Property Lawyers, Licensed Conveyancers.
Want to finally be recognised (and rewarded) for what you bring to the table?
Apply now – and let’s get you into a role that’s actually worth your time.
