You’ll be joining one of the largest specialist Business Crime teams in Europe, where their deep expertise in compliance, civil fraud, and commercial disputes sets them apart. They offer a highly competitive compensation package, with a starting salary of £85k for 2 PQE lawyers, rising to around £100k for those with up to six years of post-qualification experience. Additionally, their performance-led bonus scheme typically adds 10-20% to your salary, recognising both your individual contributions and business development efforts.

You should apply if you have a strong academic background, typically with a 2:1 or above, and a proven ability to contribute to the firm’s growth through business development. You will ideally have between 2 – 6 years PQE as a solicitor or legal executive.
