The Work
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of fee earners and support staff.
- Oversee client service standards, case quality, and compliance with Lexcel and internal policies.
- Drive business performance through effective financial management and workload planning.
- Identify opportunities for growth and team expansion.
- Provide guidance on complex or high-profile matters.
- Manage complaints at first instance and ensure client feedback is captured constructively.
- Manage a reduced caseload of residential property matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with proven leadership experience. Ideally with 8 PQE+ (Less will be considered with prior experience)
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills.
- Skilled communicator and mentor who inspires high performance.
- Excellent knowledge of compliance and case management standards.
- Strategic thinker who thrives on accountability and improvement.
