Production Associate- 2nd shift

Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Associate Wilson Language Training is seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Production Associate to join our growing team. We are committed to achieving literacy for all and fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment. Responsibilities Follow work orders from supervisors or team leaders daily. Assemble multi-part sets and kits manually with accuracy. Observe safety and security procedures. Uphold organizational values by treating colleagues with respect. Volunteer for additional tasks and work extended hours when necessary to meet departmental goals. Minimum Requirements Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to lift and unload materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Basic math skills. Ability to operate materials handling equipment safely. High School diploma or GED. Preferred Experience 3-6 months of warehouse or related experience preferred. Additional Information Pay Range: $17.00/hour plus differential.
