Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming presence at the front of house, greeting visitors and staff with professionalism.
- Monitor access control systems to ensure only authorised individuals enter the premises.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the building and surrounding areas to maintain safety.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
- Support health and safety compliance by reporting hazards and ensuring evacuation routes remain clear.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to uphold site security standards and customer service expectations.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, providing assistance while maintaining vigilance.

What We Are Looking For
- To hold a current DS SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
