About the role: This role involves monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining safety and security for staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence, greeting customers and colleagues.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism.
- Control access points, check identification, and ensure only authorised personnel enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.

What We Are Looking For:
- Current SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in a security role or similar position.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
