Pay: £14.00 per hour

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Security Supervisor at one of our clients based in Wick, Scotland. You will be working as part of a security team at one of the world’s largest integrated oil and gas companies, committed to safety, respect, excellence, courage and one team. You will maintain the client’s security requirements while upholding a positive corporate image and high standards of professionalism through adherence to directions from the Clients’ and Wilson James’ Management Teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Security personnel, taking responsibility for the professional conduct, performance tracking & development of the team
• Ensuring procedural and Health & Safety paperwork is up to date and accurate
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures for the client & Wilson James
• Acting as a key contact for all daily operational security matters across the contract
• Coordination and training of on-site emergency response
• Coaching / Training team members
• Carrying out monthly welfare reviews and scenario testing
• Ensuring the highest of standards are met and taking necessary action if not
• All aspects of investigation, disciplinary and absence review processes
• Ensuring that all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents, faults & safety observations

• Ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
• Demonstrate reliability including punctuality and attendance to ensure team effectiveness

• Ability to deal calmly and confidently with all demands from the public
