In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring that security protocols are upheld at all times. About the Role:
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence, meeting and greeting our customers and colleagues.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism.
- Control access points, check identification, and ensure only authorised personnel enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.

What we are looking for:
- To hold a current SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
