We are seeking a reliable and proactive professional to maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors and assets. You will monitor premises, conduct patrols, respond to incidents and uphold security protocols.
About The Role
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and authoritative presence.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft or vandalism.
- Control access points, check identification, and ensure only authorised personnel enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
- Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents and any security concerns.
- Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.
What We Are Looking For
- To hold a current DS/SIA licence.
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
- Strong observational skills to identify and respond to security threats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors and authorities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
Location & Working Hours
Location: Dyce, Aberdeen
Hours: Mon–Fri 06:30 – 15:30
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Permanent full-time position.
