We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Security Logistic Agent at our site near Heathrow.
Role Overview
As a Security Logistic Agent you will be responsible for securing our clients’ property, protecting against and responding to all security incidents, and managing site access and egress. You will interact regularly with contractors and other visitors requiring site access.

- Pay: £14.21 to £17.76 per hour

Responsibilities
- Proactively control and monitor access into the site.
- Make on‑spot dynamic risk assessments to protect the client premises and assets.
- Ensure the safety and security of people, premises, and property through regular patrols and inspections.
- Resolve conflicts; utilise conflict resolution skills in a pressured environment to assist staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage compliance with Health & Safety policies and client‑agreed standards.
- Receive and distribute material to projects, update Fulcrum accordingly using a vehicle.
- Write complete and accurate incident and handover reports, taking appropriate action.
- Perform additional reasonable duties requested by your manager or supervisor.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to meet all vetting requirements, including CTC clearance within 12 weeks.
- CSCS card (required for this construction site).
- GSO Level 1 or NXCT; or willingness to train and pass the exam to this level.
- Full driving licence, minimum 2+ years of licence held.
- Airside Pass.
