You will be coordinating all vehicle and material movement up to building access areas, including controlling unloading activities. You will be a quick learner as in this role you will be required to use a bespoke delivery management system as well as utilise various vehicle and material management trackers to create forecasts and daily coordination plans supporting our client and other departments. This will be a very busy role with conflicting priorities, and we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work across a diverse set of businesses. You will be part of a great team, who are supportive and friendly.

What We Can Offer You:

  • Starting salary from Β£29,000 per annum (depending on experience).
  • Shift pattern: hybrid working – Week 1 at HPC 07:00 – 15:00 Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 14:00 Friday; Week 2 at home – 11:00 – 19:00 Monday – Thursday, 11:00 – 18:00 Friday.
  • 8.65% bonus.

Essential Skills:

  • CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before the start date).

Experience Required:

  • Previous experience using delivery management systems.
  • Working within a construction site.
  • Radio communication confidence.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Good IT skills and understanding of booking software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with other internal processes and systems.

Site Specific Information:

  • You must be able to provide a 3-year work/unemployment/education history and complete the required vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
  • You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
  • The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
