Responsibilities
- Provide a professional, welcoming first impression and assist visitors courteously.
- Anticipate needs, resolve concerns diplomatically, and uphold security protocols.
- Act as first responder to first aid incidents and manage supplies; support business continuity and deputize for Site Manager during emergencies.
- Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and training.
- Control access points, visitor credentials and perform security screenings; conduct regular patrols, respond to alarms and monitor contractor compliance.
- Operate security technology and monitoring systems effectively; conduct systematic patrols and enforce strict key control procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident reports and security documentation; adhere to data protection and display SIA/CCTV licenses at all times.
Qualifications
- SIA Licence (Door Supervisor)
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years
