The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager will lead the delivery of a high-quality, compliant, and efficient end-to-end recruitment and onboarding service at Hinkley Point C, one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on leadership role in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring the right people are recruited, cleared, and mobilised on time to support operational delivery, while leading and developing an on-site recruitment team. You will also collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to support Wilson James.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

What we can offer you:

  • Salary starting from £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a guaranteed monthly bonus of 8.65% of your gross salary while working at HPC
  • Annual leave: 25 days per year
