Wilson James is seeking a proactive and organised Procurement Coordinator to support our growing procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in procurement to take the next step in their career.
You\’ll play a key role in placing orders, supporting sourcing projects, and keeping procurement processes running smoothly — all while collaborating closely with both internal teams and suppliers.
About The Role
As a Procurement Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Place Orders: Raise and manage purchase orders for goods and services across the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build great relationships with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business priorities.
- Project Support: Assist with tendering and sourcing activities, including preparing documents and compiling reports.
- Data Analysis: Interpret procurement reports (SAP) to support smarter decision-making.
- Template & Document Management: Maintain procurement templates and documentation.
- SharePoint Maintenance: Keep our Procurement SharePoint site up to date and user-friendly.
- Suggest Improvements: Recommend alternative approved suppliers or process efficiencies.
