About the Role
As Deputy Regional Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management of multiple sites across the region.
You will regularly visit sites, engage with clients, support employees, and help ensure operational standards, compliance, and service delivery are consistently maintained.
You will also act as the first-line manager for employees working at locations without a dedicated Site Manager or Supervisor, providing leadership, guidance, and support whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Operations Manager with the delivery of operations across the Midlands region.
- Act as the first-line manager for teams based at sites without on-site management.
- Conduct regular site visits to support employee welfare and operational performance.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Produce reports and provide feedback following site visits.
- Assist with the onboarding, induction, and integration of new team members.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Identify, elevate, and help resolve operational issues and risks.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Conduct disciplinary investigations and meetings where required.
- Promote company values, policies, and best practices across all sites.
