We are looking for an observant, experienced Controller to maintain a safe environment. In this position, you will patrol, stand guard, and monitor the area using CCTV equipment and if needed take immediate action if problematic situations arise. You must always be keenly aware of your surroundings and able to respond to any suspicious or unlawful behaviour.
About the Role:
- Be able to report all HSSE issues, escalating when required.
- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and visitors.
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations.
- Ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities whilst within the Control Room – logs are updated correctly.
- Complete all relevant paperwork, reports.
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors, contractors, General Public that come to the assignment.
- Monitor your surroundings for any suspicious activity whilst covering welcome Lane pods whilst in the Control Room using CCTV cameras.
