About the Role
As one of the first people visitors, staff and contractors will meet, you'll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and safe environment.
Your responsibilities will include
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience to all visitors and occupants.
- Meeting and greeting guests, staff and contractors.
- Providing information, support and assistance across the campus.
- Managing access control and issuing visitor and contractor passes.
- Conducting internal and external patrols.
- Responding professionally to incidents, alarms and emergencies.
- Supporting evacuation and health & safety procedures when required.
- Maintaining accurate reports and security records.
- Acting as a visible and reassuring presence across the site.

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
