Front Gate House Officer – Heathrow Airport
Permanent position. Location: Heathrow. Hours: Full time, 4 on 2 off, 10 hours a day, variable shift. Pay: £14.20 ph.
Role Overview
Front Gate House Officer are responsible for ensuring that visitors and clients are received in an excellent and professional manner and that all front of house security areas operate at high quality service at all times.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors to the highest standards.
- Ensure safe working practices to maintain safety of building, staff and visitors.
- Monitor and manage the Winsor Suite car park.
- Maintain regular contact with doorperson and other staff to ensure security is never compromised while Heathrow VIP service level standards are maintained.
- Assist in coordinating the day-to-day running of the building forecourt, entrances/exits and liaising between VIP, staff and visitors to ensure all relevant information is communicated correctly and efficiently.
- Ensure gate house is always manned by an appropriate security level trained person.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Work as part of the VIP team to ensure a seamless service.
