We are now seeking a highly organised and driven Compliance and Administration Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of this high-profile contract. This position is at the heart of the operation, bringing together workforce planning, compliance, finance, and governance to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

About the Role

You will:

  • Lead all workforce scheduling and planning activities, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
  • Manage rotas, absence, leave, vacancies, and contingency planning to maintain operational resilience.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, vetting, and workforce administration activities.
  • Drive and manage contract compliance, ensuring alignment with policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and financial administration, ensuring accuracy and commercial control.
  • Maintain and monitor compliance records, audit documentation, and corrective action tracking.
  • Coordinate and monitor training programmes, ensuring all staff meet mandatory requirements.
  • Manage uniform, equipment, and asset processes, ensuring availability, accuracy, and cost control.
  • Produce detailed reports, KPIs, and management information to support decision-making and performance.
  • Act as a central coordination hub, liaising with internal departments, stakeholders, and operational teams.

What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience in compliance, administration, scheduling, finance, or contract support roles.
  • Strong background in workforce planning, rota management, and resource allocation.
  • Experience managing payroll, invoicing, and financial processes within a contract environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong analytical capability.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Understanding of employment legislation, workforce management, and SIA compliance requirements.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
