Join Our Team as a Logistics Supervisor
About the Role:
To take instruction from the client/WJ management, supervise all operatives on site and ensure all are working within RAMS and health & safety is adhered to at all times.
As a Logistics Supervisor you will be responsible for:
- Brief all operatives prior to starting work
- Ensure health & safety is adhered to at all times
- Ensure yellow jacket tours are being completed and recorded on a weekly basis
- Relate all information from manager to operatives
- Give TBT's to operatives on a weekly basis
- Any additional reasonable duties requested by operational management
- Plant & vehicle checks
- Site boundary checks
- Movement of site materials and staff (airside driving required)

- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance in order to ensure team effectiveness and availability
