- Housekeeping
- General receipt of items
- Stock Control
- Fire signage
- Traffic Marshalling
- Moving material from Buildings to various compounds
- Providing general support to various contractors on Hinkley Point C

Key Responsibilities
- Receipt and putting away of incoming materials
- Housekeeping of buildings to support engineers
- Posting of correct signage in buildings
- Controlled issue of all stores
- Stock checks
- General vehicle maintenance and housekeeping
- Assisting with vehicle manoeuvring in designated areas
- Identifying maintenance requirements for tooling or electrical items (Calibration/ PAT/ Thorough examination)
- Housekeeping of stores, buildings and compound areas
- Ensure HPC code of conduct is followed at all times
- Carry out any other reasonable request as required by your Line Manager
What Do We Need From You
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Essential
- A CITB Operative H&S test (to be completed before the start date)
- Good communication skills
- The ability to understand Safe Systems of Work
- The ability to think and act quickly in unsafe conditions
- Good work ethic and routine
- Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience of working within the construction industry
- Driving Licence
- Knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Tooling and consumables
- Understanding logistics limitations and regulations
Site Specific Information
- You must provide a 3-year work history and complete vetting in line with HPC protocols
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass
- The site is located remotely; a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access
