Corporate Security Officer – Wilson James – Lincoln

Pay: £12.80 per hour
Hours: Full Time – 48 hours per week, 4 on 3 off, Monday to Thursday 18:00-06:00

Responsibilities

• Welcoming staff and visitors and creating a safe, professional atmosphere.
• Conducting regular patrols and monitoring premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required.
• Adapt to different client sites – no two days are the same.
• Respond calmly and confidently to incidents or concerns.
• Work as part of a diverse, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hold a current SIA Licence.
• Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high‑pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
