In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and ensuring that security protocols are upheld at all times. About the Role: As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and access control platforms across multiple client sites, reacting promptly to activations and system alerts in line with protocols.
- Conduct remote visual patrols and routine checks, identifying suspicious activity or potential security breaches and taking appropriate action.
- Follow all procedures, policies, and escalation pathways precisely, ensuring administrative tasks and digital logs are completed in a timely manner.
- Work in accordance with relevant Health & Safety procedures and training, maintaining knowledge of emergency routes and reporting any concerns to management.
- Support client operations by providing accurate information and updates, and undertake any additional reasonable duties requested by management or clients.
