Based in a modern monitoring environment, you'll oversee multiple sites, responding to incidents and helping maintain a safe and secure operation
About the Role
- Monitor CCTV, alarm and access control systems across multiple sites.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and security breaches.
- Conduct remote patrols and identify suspicious activity.
- Liaise with emergency services, management teams, clients, and operational colleagues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident logs and reports.
- Follow site procedures and escalation processes at all times.
- Deliver excellent customer service and professional communication.
- Support a safe working environment and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements

What we are looking for
- To hold a current DS SIA and CCTV Licence
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
- Highly observant with excellent attention to detail
- Calm and professional under pressure
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills
- IT proficient and comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Capable of producing clear and concise reports
