About the Role:
As an IT Service Desk Analyst Apprentice you will be part of a small, collaborative IT team that resolves over 80% of technical issues in-house. This role is about more than just tech - it's about people, communication, and finding smart solutions.
Your day could include:
Supporting colleagues with day-to-day tech issues (via phone, email or our service platform)
Troubleshooting software and hardware problems
Helping set up new users, systems, and sites
Working on exciting tools like SAP, Timegate, Microsoft Azure, and Intune
Creating user-friendly guides and resources
Tracking issues and spotting trends for improvement
