Wilson James is seeking an Intelligence and Incident Response Co-ordinator to join our Security Operations Centre, supporting Santander's Head Office and Retail Estates from Milton Keynes. Permanent role with hours 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every 3 weeks; participation in an out-of-hours on-call rota will be required.
You will monitor alarms and incidents, coordinate escalations, and produce detailed incident reports while assisting colleagues across the Santander estate.
