Wilson James in London is seeking an Estate Team Leader to act as the operational interface across the 32-acre Estate, ensuring security and coordinating with the CSM, DSM and Property Manager. The role drives on-the-ground operations five days a week, reporting on KPI measures and producing daily and weekly activity reports.
You will work with training to ensure staff compliance, manage incidents and liaise with Broadgate and occupiers, while delivering timely, succinct reports.
