Are you ready for a new challenge within Construction Logistics? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Construction Logistic Space Manager at Hinkley Point C. As a Construction Logistic Space Manager (CLS Manager), you will be responsible for material movements, control and access across the HPC project. Your day‑to‑day duties include interfacing and planning with our Client, Construction Managers and Area Construction Leads; reviewing and implementing SOPs; ensuring organisational structures are relevant; and ensuring Supervisors and Chargehands carry out their duties safely and effectively. You will also develop and maintain KPIs, safe system of work, RAMS and the production of WAFs.

What Do We Need from You
- CITB certificate (Managers and Professional Standards) – must be obtained before start date
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or working towards – to be obtained within initial 3 months of employment
- Construction Logistics experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role
- Operational involvement with construction management
- Experience in creating Organisational Structures
- Ability to create and deliver strategic and operational planning
- Ability to create SOPs and RAMS
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Good competence with IT – specifically MS Office package
- Ability to interact comfortably with blue and white collar staff
- Ability to produce briefs and present to the Client and SLT
Essential Qualifications
- CITB (Manager & Professional Standard)
- Driving Licence
Desirable Qualifications
- CSCS Black Card Level 6 or above
- NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management
- SMSTS
- IOSH People Management experience (disciplinary, investigations, absence management, grievance, performance management)
Site Specific Information
- You must provide a 3‑year work/unemployment/education history and 5‑years address history for the vetting process in line with HPC protocols
- You must obtain the HPC pass
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access
