About the Role
The Security Relief Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. The role involves CCTV surveillance, patrolling, access control, and emergency response while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. The Security Relief Officer will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of vigilance, professionalism, and assisting the Site Security Supervisor in implementing security measures and reporting incidents.
Responsibilities
- Remain alert and vigilant, observe and report activities and incidents at Stellantis PDC site, providing for the security and safety of Stellantis property and personnel.
- Control access to Stellantis site or facility through the admittance process; assist visitors with legitimate need to gain entry to the facility; screen visitors and Stellantis employees efficiently to expedite their admittance.
- Communicate in a manner that is open, honest and responsive in all situations, to the extent authorised.
- Monitor entrances and exits, act to prevent unauthorised entry, control entrances, the movement of people and vehicles, and parking; operate gates and examine vehicle contents, monitor remote entrances using closed circuit television; and operate remote access devices.

Qualifications
- Hold a current DS SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in a security role or a similar position.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and respond to security threats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, visitors, and authorities.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high‑pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
