About the Role:
- Display an outstanding level of customer service continually striving to meet and exceed expectations.
- Be an ambassador for the company and display a positive attitude towards work.
- Welcome and converse with internal and external customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Remain vigilant during duty.
- Respond to incidents should they occur and take on role as per Building Evacuation procedures.
- Sign in visitors and contractors as per access procedures.
- Be aware of events occurring in event spaces and other activities located within the building.
