Behind the scenes, a highly professional security operation ensures the safety of people, protection of priceless artefacts, and delivery of an exceptional visitor experience. We are now seeking a highly organised and driven Compliance and Administration Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of this high‑profile contract. This position is at the heart of the operation, bringing together workforce planning, compliance, finance, and governance to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

About the Role

  • Lead all workforce scheduling and planning activities, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times
  • Manage rotas, absence, leave, vacancies, and contingency planning to maintain operational resilience
  • Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, vetting, and workforce administration activities
  • Drive and manage contract compliance, ensuring alignment with policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards
  • Support payroll, invoicing, and financial administration, ensuring accuracy and commercial control
  • Maintain and monitor compliance records, audit documentation, and corrective action tracking
  • Coordinate and monitor training programmes, ensuring all staff meet mandatory requirements
  • Manage uniform, equipment, and asset processes, ensuring availability, accuracy, and cost control
  • Produce detailed reports, KPIs, and management information to support decision‑making and performance
  • Act as a central coordination hub, liaising with internal departments, stakeholders, and operational teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in compliance, administration, scheduling, finance, or contract support roles
  • Strong background in workforce planning, rota management, and resource allocation
  • Experience managing payroll, invoicing, and financial processes within a contract environment
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance, audit processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with strong analytical capability
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organisation
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage confidential information
  • Understanding of employment legislation, workforce management, and SIA compliance requirements
  • Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
