About The Role

  • Ensuring the building is safe and protected by carrying out both internal and external patrols and preventing any security concerns.
  • Checking and verifying entry passes, monitoring alarm systems and access control, and investigating suspicious activity or behaviour.
  • Interacting with customers, meeting and greeting both staff and visitors; listening to requests, showing empathy, and being prepared to answer questions and follow up where you feel you might be able to help.

What We Are Looking For

  • SIA Licence.
  • 5 years residency in the UK (due to vetting requirement).
  • Hard work and a positive attitude with experience in a customer service role.
