Due to continuous growth, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Logistics Operative at Hinkley Point C. As a Logistics Operative, you will play a key role in providing support to logistics operations by assisting with vehicle manoeuvring in designated construction material delivery areas. You will utilise electronic systems to ensure correct bookings are in place to allow access to construction delivery routes. You will have the ability to work with the blue and white‑collar workforce. You will be part of a great team, who are supportive and friendly.
We have day and night shifts available depending on your preference.
What we can offer you:
- Starting from £15.72 per hour
- Average of 42 hours per week working on a rotation of 4 12‑hour shifts followed by 4 off. The next week, working 5 12‑hour shifts, followed by 5 off.
- Hours worked over 9.75 per day will be paid at an overtime rate
- 23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays (pro‑rata)

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- CITB Operative H&S test (must be completed before the start date)
- Good IT skills
Site Specific Information:
- You must be able to provide a 3‑year work/unemployment/education history and the required vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
