About the Role
- Operate ambulifts, minibuses, and specialist vehicles to transport PRM passengers airside.
- Assist passengers safely to/from aircraft, terminal, and vehicles using manual handling techniques.
- Coordinate boarding and disembarkation with cabin crew and ground staff.
- Ensure safe operation and control of all ambulift equipment (platforms, lifts, controls).
- Plan and deliver efficient transport of multiple passengers to meet departure times.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults in line with procedures.
- Maintain high standards of customer care throughout the passenger journey.
- Undertake additional duties including driving buggies, marshalling, and terminal assistance.

What we are looking for
- Full UK driving licence (Category B, held for at least 2 years).
- Experience driving large vehicles (e.g. minibuses or similar).
- Ability to obtain an airside driving permit (including medical and colour vision test).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days and nights.
- Physically capable of manual handling duties.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable, professional, and able to stay calm under pressure.
