The Security Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of all security officers and the compliance of the operation, as well as being the first point of contact for the Duty Manager / Station Manager for any operational issues. The Security Supervisor is responsible for the optimal performance and compliance of their team, About the Role: Overall supervision of operations (CSA, OOG, HBS, CP1, Security East, CP3,CP9, CP11, Ticket Presentation, Security Escorts, External Clients and Patrols) Operational briefings Co-ordination and supervision of Quality Monitoring of officers within your work area To build, develop, lead and retain such staff as are required to be dedicated to the contract to work as a team that believes and demonstrates through their work that Wilson James is different to other security service providers Effective and consistent supervision of all Security Officers under responsibility of the Security Supervisor. Ensuring optimised performance through motivation and management of teams under responsibility.
