X-ray Screening: Operate X-ray machines to screen bags and personal items, ensuring compliance with airport security standards. Access Control: Manage access to the airport by verifying identification and travel documents for passengers, staff, and airport users. Customer Support: Provide assistance and high levels of customer service, resolving queries, and guiding passengers through their airport journey. Emergency Response: Be a first responder to incidents, including aircraft emergencies, providing crucial support and ensuring safety. Patrolling and Incident Response: Conduct regular patrols of airside and landside areas, attend to security reports, and carry out aircraft guarding and escort duties.
