Wilson James are currently recruiting for a number of exciting positions at Heathrow Airport.
We are currently seeking professional and reliable Baggage Porters to work as part of the Heathrow VIP Team. You should be highly customer focused, well presented and organised.
Main Duties

  • Collecting luggage against baggage list, making sure that all items are accounted for and loaded onto the baggage vehicle
  • All luggage must be screened unless stated different from Dispatch or Duty Manager
  • Ensure the integrity of all baggage to final delivery point
  • Manually move baggage and baggage carts/trolleys from baggage hall to vehicle
  • Carry out basic repair and maintenance of baggage cages
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Carry out daily maintenance checks of vehicle
  • Assist the team with the upkeep of the WJ baggage fleet
  • Complete all baggage paperwork and ensure the correct audit process is in place
  • Clean and present the vehicle as directed by the team leader/dispatcher.
  • Carry out miscellaneous vehicle duties or activities to include fuelling of any of the vehicles
Essential Criteria
  • Be able to work a flexible shift pattern.
  • In order to be able to obtain an airside pass you will need to be able to provide us with a 5 years checkable history and be able to compete a Criminal Record Check.
