We are one of the most established block management companies in North London. We are looking for someone who loves property, buildings and managing people, processes, operations. The opportunity to lead the Client Services Team is possible as soon as within 12 months, provided milestones are met in this timeframe.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Block Directors and provide solutions to issues with block management
- Lead AGMs, and meetings with Directors and leaseholders
- Handle and resolve escalated problems/ complaints in line with the relevant management agreement, procedure or policy
Candidate Profile
- At least 3 years legal experience and/or in residential property (block) management sector
- Proven track record in solving complex problems
- Passionate about delivering outstanding service
