You’ll be joining a business taking a fresh, product-led approach in a market where customers are used to older, more traditional ways of working. The product is already live, delivering real value, and the company is now scaling quickly as demand accelerates.

This is a high-impact SDR role where you’ll open new conversations, identify the right stakeholders, and create early commercial momentum for the wider team. You’ll suit this role if you’re early in your sales career, ambitious, sharp, and comfortable speaking to people who know their world well. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need confidence, curiosity, resilience, and the ability to learn quickly. This is a fast-moving environment. You’ll be expected to take ownership, test messaging, make calls, handle rejection, and improve quickly.

About the role:

  • Build pipeline from scratch through outbound activity
  • Identify and prioritise target organisations
  • Research accounts and relevant stakeholders
  • Run outreach across phone, email and social
  • Open conversations with senior and operational stakeholders
  • Qualify interest and hand over strong opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging
  • Support early-stage deal progression where needed

About you:

  • Some experience in outbound sales, ideally in B2B technology
  • Startup or scale-up experience would be highly relevant
  • Confident making calls and starting new conversations
  • Comfortable speaking with senior and operational stakeholders
  • High energy, resilient and motivated by activity targets
  • Curious and quick to learn new markets
  • Clear, direct and personable communicator
  • Able to think on your feet, not overly scripted
  • Structured enough to manage follow-up properly
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
  • Takes ownership and acts with initiative
  • Motivated by progression into a closing or broader commercial role
