Regional Enterprise Sales Manager opportunity with an established, high-growth SaaS company. This is a full-time, remote position based in the UK.
- Have you sold to international businesses in EMEA as well as UK-based enterprise and mid-sized businesses?
- Are you used to running enterprise sales cycles from 6 – 18 months, with deal values up to £500k?
- Have you sold SaaS or IoT products on an ARR bais?

Our client is a SaaS business providing advanced technology with cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise customers on a global scale.
As a successful enterprise sales professional, you will be experienced in long sales cycles (6 – 12months+) and building a pipeline to support consistent results. The sales model is focused on outbound lead generation and therefore requires someone with a strong hunter mentality and approach to sales.
As an individual contributor, you will primarily focus on the UK and to a lesser extent, international businesses in EMEA, working cross-functionally with the marketing, sales and product teams.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, self-motivated sales professional with a track record in end-to-end SaaS sales. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new enterprise customers, building strong relationships, and executing a strategic sales plan to expand market presence.
About the role :
- Take full ownership of new business sales in the EMEA region, targeting enterprise customers, with support from your Manager.
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy tailored to segmented markets
- Identify, prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise deals
- Work closely with marketing and sales development teams on an outbound lead gen strategy and full development
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and manage trial processes
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on pipeline activity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
About you :
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Have previously devised and successfully executed sales plans
- Hungry, hunter approach to sales
- Track record in closing high-value, complex enterprise deals as an individual contributor
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work, driving sales growth
- Experience with IoT is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with a creative and flexible mindset, engaging effectively at all levels, including C-suite
- A proactive and resilient sales hunter with a results-driven mindset
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree
- Happy to travel when needed
