Business Development Manager – SaaS products for MSPs. This is a full-time, remote opportunity within the UK. Our client is an established business looking to scale new cutting-edge SaaS software. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and pioneering sales within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem, this is your opportunity to thrive in a remote-first, ambitious environment. As Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of growing an innovative SaaS platform within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Cloud Service Provider (CSP) community. You\’ll take ownership of identifying, engaging, and converting new prospects, building a pipeline of high-value relationships, and closing deals that drive direct revenue growth. Please note this is a new business, end-to-end sales role. Supported by a strong team in Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Channel Management, you’ll focus on opening new accounts and nurturing expansion opportunities. Lead outreach efforts, educating MSP\’s and CSP\’s about the transformative value of our client’s Cloud platform Build, manage, and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through networking, events, cold outreach, and social platforms Represent the company at industry events in the UK and abroad, elevating brand awareness and deepening prospect engagement Track all activities in Salesforce Proven experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS solutions within Service Providers (preferably within the Microsoft Partner landscape) Skilled at building relationships from cold introduction to successful close, with a focus on influencing technical and product leaders Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and able to manage a complex pipeline Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable Bonus points if you have experience building channel partnerships or aligning with cloud partner programs Discretionary 10% company bonus ~25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays, plus your birthday off ~ Generous employer pension contribution
