The Role

As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will:

• Learn the recruitment and sales process through structured training and on-the-job mentoring.
• Assist senior consultants incandidate sourcing, interviewing, and client account management.
• Develop industry knowledge to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
• Post engaging job adverts across multiple platforms and screen incoming applications.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates to ensure excellent service.
• Support compliance and recruitment administration tasks.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

What We Offer

• Starting salary: £22,500 basic, withon-call allowanceanduncapped bonus
  OTE: £28,000+ in your first year

Hours and Location

• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Office-based, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Located at our Driver Hire Edinburgh City office
