Are you an experienced Workday Integration specialist ready to take on a pivotal role in a Greenfield Workday implementation and rollout? We are partnering with a dynamic organisation embarking on a major transformation of their HRIS landscape, seeking a talented HRIS Workday Integration Analyst to join their growing team of 10.
This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Workday integrations, working closely with technical and functional teams to design, develop, and maintain seamless system connections, including key external platforms. As the integration expert, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of the company’s global HRIS technology, driving automation and enhancing data flow across systems.
Key Experience:- Maintain and enhance Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Learning, Talent, and Reporting
- Experience working in-house on Workday implementations and rollouts.
- Develop and manage Workday integrations using tools like Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and support of integrations.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS environment.
- Support ongoing optimisation of the company’s Workday platform.
