I’m hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to join one of the most ambitious, talented, and genuinely brilliant teams I’ve worked with. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with proven founders on an early-stage product with huge potential. They are rebuilding the infrastructure of a legacy industry from the ground up - no silos, no red tape.
Location: London
Working Policy: Onsite full-time - it’s early stage, and the team gets massive value from in-person collaboration
Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience) + meaningful equity - it’s a brilliant time to join
Tech: C#, .NET, TypeScript, React, Azure
Interview Process: 3 stages. We keep things fast, focused, and respectful of your time.
You’ll be a Full Stack Software Engineer in a small, fast-paced team, working across frontend and backend to ship real features using C#, .NET, React, and Azure. You must be confident across the stack - this role offers real autonomy and end-to-end ownership.
This isn’t just an engineering role. You’ll be actively involved in commercial decisions, product strategy, and user conversations - not just handed tickets.
We’re looking for:
- Mid–Senior Full Stack Software Engineers — while we don’t fixate on years, 3+ years' experience is typically what we’d expect. We need engineers to hit the ground running.
- Strong across C#, .NET, and React
- Passionate about building great products users actually love.
- Experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS would be highly advantageous but by no means an essential.
- Excited by early-stage, in-office startup life
- Hungry to build something with lasting impact
You’ll work closely with founders, shaping both product and business from the inside. If you’re a Full Stack Software Engineer who wants real ownership, fast learning, and to build with C#, .NET, React, and Azure - apply now.
