Wilson Brook Consulting is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of live projects in the Channel Islands. The role covers procurement, valuations, cost reporting, CVRs, variations, forecasting and final accounts, across diverse schemes and up to four simultaneous projects.
You will manage commercial risk and cash flow, maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and delivery teams, acting as a senior hands-on member of the Commercial team.
