Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and guide them through the service process with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Book appointments, prepare job cards, and manage workshop scheduling efficiently.
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers, keeping everyone updated throughout the day.
  • Upsell service plans, Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and seasonal offers where appropriate.
  • Handle customer queries and minor complaints professionally and empathetically.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with brand and environmental standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Car Dealership Service Advisor experience is beneficial (but not required).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A calm, confident approach, even under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
  • A full UK driving licence.
