Are you a customer-focused Service Engineer who has a good knowledge of both electrical and mechanical engineering? Do you have a good understanding of pumps and a customer-focused mindset? Then join our engineering team at Wilo UK…we are continuously on the lookout for Field Service Engineers in the London area.

Core Responsibilities:

  • To carry out commissioning, maintenance, installation, and warranty work on required products.
  • To issue point of work risk assessments and method statements.
  • Ensure all task-related documentation is completed upon conclusion of each service activity, including obtaining customer signatures on manned sites.
  • Submit all completed documentation to the office daily via remote access.
  • Conduct thorough visible and technical assessment of equipment breakdowns, diagnosing faults and determining the scope of work required for effective repair and maintenance.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for all service tasks undertaken, ensuring they are completed to a high standard, within agreed timeframes, and in alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
  • Effective communication with our internal service department is paramount to ensure seamless coordination and timely updates.
  • To adhere to all health and safety requirements of Wilo and any sites being visited.
  • To complete mandatory company health & safety training courses, where required.
  • To uphold the Company values and vision across all stakeholders in line with our Wilo Code of Conduct.

Qualifications…do you fit the criteria:

  • Good knowledge of pump technology preferred (HVAC).
  • Experience in the industry or comparable or technical education of electrical/mechanical engineering.
  • Sound understanding of Health & Safety practices.
  • Experience of field and lone working.
  • High customer focused mindset – ability to work across all stakeholders.
  • Ability to use CRM system confidently when job reporting.
  • DBS Check - Mandatory.
  • Full UK Driving License.
