Your ability to connect people, spot opportunities and build credibility will directly contribute to Bond Solon's continued success as the market leader in expert witness training and professional support.

Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities:

In this consultative 360-degree sales role, you'll drive revenue growth by promoting Bond Solon's market-leading expert witness training programmes to new and existing customers. Working with individual experts and professional organisations, you'll identify opportunities, build relationships with senior decision-makers and recommend tailored training solutions that meet their needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals and prospecting.
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with professional experts, key stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Developing opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend tailored training solutions.
  • Working closely with existing clients to identify networking opportunities, conferences, industry events and publications that can help generate new business opportunities.
  • Representing Bond Solon professionally when engaging with prospective clients and industry contacts.
  • Working closely with marketing to maximise the value of campaigns, events and inbound enquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and sales records using CRM systems.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the wider business to identify and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the sales process.

As part of a respected market-leading brand, you'll see the direct impact of your work while building valuable commercial experience and long-term career opportunities.

What's the Most Challenging Thing About This Role?
